🚫 No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of the collectibles market and the volatility in card values, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, including:

Graded cards (PSA, SGC, CGC, etc.)

Raw or ungraded cards

Consignment sales

Submission services
🔍 Condition Guarantee
We guarantee that all items are accurately described and photographed to the best of our ability. Graded cards are shipped in the exact condition as certified by the respective grading company.
If you receive an item that is not as described (wrong item, incorrect listing), please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details.
📦 Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take care to securely package all shipments. In the unlikely event your package is damaged or lost in transit:

If the package was tracked and insured, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

We are not responsible for untracked shipments or those marked as delivered by the carrier.
To qualify for a damage/loss claim:

Report the issue to us within 3 business days of the delivery date.

Provide photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label.
💳 Chargebacks & Disputes
We reserve the right to contest chargebacks or PayPal disputes filed under false claims. All purchases are governed by this Return & Refund Policy and are considered final at the time of sale.
