Shipping options and pricing are displayed at checkout based on your location and the product type.

💳 Handling Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment.
Grading submission services or consignment payouts may take additional processing time, which will be communicated by email.

📦 Packaging & Protection

All items are securely packed using:

Bubble mailers (for individual slabs) with cardboard inserts.
Extra padding and protection for high-value items

We take every precaution to ensure your collectibles arrive safely.

🛑 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

Wait 2 additional business days (for local delivery delays)
Contact us with your order number and tracking info
We’ll open an investigation with the carrier

We are not responsible for lost shipments without tracking or due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Buyers outside Canada are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country. We will not mark packages as “gift” or under-declare value.
